How it started: I wanted something different.
When I started Engage & Empower in 2024, I wasn’t trying to create another networking group. I wanted the kind of community I was looking for as a woman in business.
A room where you could talk about what you were building, ask for help when you needed it, celebrate a win without making yourself smaller and know the women around you genuinely wanted to see you succeed.
I wanted relationships that turned into referrals because people actually knew and trusted each other. Collaboration instead of competition. Conversations that continued long after the meeting ended.
So I started creating it. What began as women gathering around a table has grown into weekly groups, social hours, workshops, collaborations, markets and experiences that bring women together in completely different ways.
And we’re still growing. But the heart of E2 hasn’t changed.
