I created Engage & Empower because I wanted networking to feel different. I wanted a place where women could actually get to know each other. Where we could talk business, share opportunities, ask for support, celebrate the wins and build relationships that continued long after the meeting ended.
What started as a weekly networking group has grown into something so much bigger. A community of women who genuinely want to see one another succeed and are willing to help make that happen. My role is to keep creating the rooms, experiences and opportunities that bring those women together and give more women in business a chance to be seen.
My favorite part? Watching a connection made in one of our rooms turn into a referral, a collaboration, a friendship or an opportunity neither woman saw coming.
Brandy helps create the kind of room Engage & Empower is known for: welcoming, supportive and full of genuine conversation. As our Central Group Facilitator, she brings women together each week, helps relationships grow beyond introductions and makes sure every woman who walks into the room has an opportunity to be part of the conversation.
She believes some of the best things in business happen when women have a space where they can share what they’re working through, learn from one another and know they have people in their corner. Brandy is a huge part of what makes our Central community feel like a community.
